Calling all motivated, detail-oriented, highly communicative, self-starters! We're seeking to build a team of innovative talent to join our creative marketing and public relations agency.

As an Account Coordinator, you will essentially serve as the right-hand man and partner in crime to the account team lead — together, you will collaborate to make clients’ marketing dreams come true! Based in the vibrant hotspot of Miami, you will become immersed in the world of media relations, creative strategy, and special events. We are looking for innovators, grammar police, organizers, design lovers, persuaders, and above all, excellent communicators. Are you up for the challenge?

While no two days are the same, you can expect to:

·       Clip and monitor client media coverage

·       Prepare client weekly reports, monthly reports, and call agendas

·       Take detailed notes during client meetings and create recap with tasks & deliverables

·       Draft press releases, pitches, media alerts, and social media copy

·       Monitor posted press coverage and follow up with leads 

·       Work closely with account lead to keep track of client progress and deadlines 

·       Research and develop curated media lists

·       Learn the fundamentals of the media relations and creative brand strategy spanning a wide range of industries, from hospitality, fine art, fashion, AND MORE!

We’re looking for:

·       College graduates ideally with a Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing or related field of study

·       Relevant internship or 1-2 years experience preferred

·       Excellent creative writing skills and immaculate grammar

·       Microsoft Office competency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

·       Laser-focused attention to detail

·       Hard-working individuals who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and put in the work

·       Multi-taskers who can keep several initiatives progressing simultaneously 

·       Passionate and proactive team players with positive attitudes
